PURCHASES
By making a purchase through https://haileywoodsphotography.com, you agree to pay for the goods or services listed and understand that no refund, replacement, return, or compensation can be claimed for the goods or services once the order has been placed, except as otherwise outlined in a separate written agreement.
For clarity, all services provided by Hailey Woods Photography, LLC are subject to the following policies:
Weddings
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking and is applied toward the total amount owed. All payments made are non-refundable.
If rescheduling is required, written notice must be provided at least 90 days prior to the event date. The retainer may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. If the Photographer is unavailable, the retainer remains non-refundable.
In the event of an emergency, rescheduling may be considered at the Photographer’s discretion.
If the Photographer is unable to perform services, an associate photographer may be assigned. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Mini Sessions
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session.
Due to the limited nature of mini sessions, rescheduling is not available. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to a future mini session, pending availability.
If the Photographer is unable to perform services, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

Other Sessions
A non-refundable deposit is required.
Rescheduling requires at least 7 days’ notice. Sick reschedules may be accommodated with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Emergency situations will be handled at the Photographer’s discretion.
If the Photographer is unable to perform services, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Hailey Woods Photography, LLC reserves the right to change these terms from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
If there are any changes to these Terms of Use, we will update the bottom of the page with the date last modified. It is your responsibility to review these terms often, as they are subject to change.

REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES
The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis and on an “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hailey Woods Photography, LLC excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions.

If unresolved within 30 business days, either Party may pursue legal remedies.

WAIVER
No waiver of any provision by Hailey Woods Photography, LLC shall constitute a waiver of any other provision or affect the Company’s right to enforce all provisions.

EFFECT OF HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
